Activation Fee: £7,500–£12,000 (tier‑dependent)
Activation Condition: Activation only occurs when the client enters their paid governance cycle — Licensing, Governed Events, a Governance Capsule, or Clarity‑as‑a‑Service (CaaS).
Absorption Rule: If activation occurs within 60 days of pilot commencement, the activation fee is absorbed and not charged.
Outcome: The client receives the paid governance component they have activated and retains the full ClauseLogic Pilot Deliverable Pack.

How Activation Works in Practice
1. Pilot begins: Client receives the full ClauseLogic Pilot Deliverable Pack.
2. Activation decision: Within 60 days, the client chooses whether to enter their paid governance cycle.
3. Activation & absorption: Activation fee (£7,500–£12,000) is absorbed and not charged.
4. Ongoing governance revenue: Licensing, Governed Events, Capsules, and CaaS begin immediately.
