ClauseLogic™ provides governed clarity surfaces, stability envelopes, commercial architecture and advisory pathways. Use of any ClauseLogic service constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
Licensing, Governance Capsules, Governed Events and Clarity‑as‑a‑Service (CaaS) are governed commercial components. Activation occurs only when a client enters a paid governance cycle.
All ClauseLogic™ materials, clarity surfaces, governance models, capsules, frameworks and commercial architecture are protected intellectual property. No reproduction or redistribution is permitted without written consent.
ClauseLogic™ provides governed clarity surfaces and commercial architecture. All decisions made using ClauseLogic materials remain the responsibility of the client.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
