- Operational Governance Capsule: typically £2,500–£4,500
Final pricing is determined through governed intake, jurisdictional review, and scope definition.
Governance, Limitations & Rights
- Legacy pricing: Any previous pricing, activation rates, or legacy capsule fees are no longer applicable and have been superseded by governed Phase Two Sovereign Activation Pricing.
- Predatory behaviour: ClauseLogic reserves the right to limit Early Adopter activations to one per operator and to exclude any engagement that constitutes predatory or bulk‑rate behaviour.
- Micro‑version substitution: ClauseLogic reserves the right to offer a micro‑version engagement in place of a full deployment where pricing, scope, or jurisdictional posture requires governed limitation.
- Governed upgrades: ClauseLogic may offer governed upgrades from micro‑version engagements to full deployments where scope, jurisdiction, or commercial posture requires expansion.
- Jurisdictional review: All engagements are subject to jurisdictional review. ClauseLogic reserves the right to decline or limit engagements where jurisdictional posture, regulatory environment, or sovereign risk requires restriction.
- Founder review: Full deployments, sovereign engagements, and cross‑border capsules require founder‑level review and approval.
- Pricing adjustment: Pricing is governed and subject to adjustment following the Early Adopter window.
